Since then, Troxler has made a few changes. The software has been updated to make it more user-friendly and the manufacturer has adapted the way in which the machine is put together.

John Deere’s K Series wheeled loaders have adopted Tier 4 Final emissions standards through the use of John Deere PowerTech engines. The company has also improved machine durability through the addition of standard axle cooling and filtration, the use of brake retractors and automatic adjusters to prevent wear and cut fuel consumption through brake drag. The K Series utility wheeled loaders also feature a standard five-speed lock-up torque converter transmission that is said to cut fuel use by 5-8%.

JCB’s new power-packed 457 wheeled loader is the first of the UK manufacturer’s machines to show off the new JCB CommandPlus cab, said to offer operators the ultimate in comfort. The cabin’s new ROPS structure has A pillars that have been moved out to the same width as the rear of the cab, providing a larger interior with a panoramic front windscreen. The machine also features JCB’s Command Driving Position, with revised pedals, a new adjustable steering column and seat-mounted hydraulic controls.

Hydrema has revised its 912 range of articulated dump trucks, with a move from Perkins power to a Cummins Tier 4 Interim/Stage IIIB motor. The QSB4.5L engine delivers 105kW of power, up 8% on the previous model, but more importantly has 20% more torque, at 620Nm.
