Lintec launches LEP 95 warm mix asphalt system

Lintec is showing its new Lintec Ecological Processing 95 patented warm asphalt mix system for the first time at Bauma. LEP 95 has a working temperature range of 95 to 100 degrees Celsius, which is significantly lower than conventional systems, thereby saving on energy consumption and emissions.

Skyjack sees bright opportunity for booms, other lift equipment for rental industry

Early indicators are positive for construction manufacturers which rely on the rental industry, said Malcolm Early, vice president of marketing with Skyjack. Rental growth of about 3% is expected in Europe, but there is pent-up demand for specific products such as lift booms, he explained.
Manitou shrinks MT range

Manitou has revealed its latest compact telehandler, called the MT420H. Based on the MT625, the new model offers a reduced footprint while maintaining a generous lift capacity. Developed in response to customer requirements for yet more compact materials handling solutions, the MT420H combines a 4.28m lift height with a load capacity of 2tonnes. Benninghoven’s new mobile asphalt plant delivers mix flexibility

Benninghoven has launched a new mobile asphalt plant, the MBA 2000, with five rather than four screens and a capacity of up to 160 tonnes an hour. The addition of a fifth screen has come in response to customer needs, said Benninghoven’s director of marketing Lars Henrich. “Having five screens as standard means that customers can have much more flexibility in the recipes they produce,” said Henrich.
