Sandvik unveiled its latest screen at bauma 2014 in Shanghai. The new SK2462 is the latest in the SK&SC range. A modular approach in the range allows flexibility for aggregate producers and quarries. Sumitomo has developed a larger, high performance paver to meet the needs for productive highway class machines in export markets. The new HA90C-2 is based on the earlier HA90C paver, which was only sold in China and also shares a common design and layout with the existing and well-proven HA60C/W. Throughout the year Volvo Penta has released new engines for a complete line of Tier 2 and Tier 3 engines. Ammann wins asphalt plant deal to Thailand

Ammann has won a significant order from a customer in Thailand for an asphalt plant at bauma China 2014. The plant is being supplied to a major Thai contractor, located around one hour’s journey from Bangkok. It was designed and is now built at Atlas Copco's Nanjing China facility but aimed very much at global market needs.
