A Finnish contractor has purchased a Hitachi ZX250LC-5 excavator for use on a road construction project in Rovaniemi. The town is the commercial centre of Finland's northernmost province, Lapland, and contactor, Maansiirtoliike Kemppe, is using the excavator for earthmoving on the new Kiveliöntie road.
