CEMEX concrete for bridge reconstruction in Arizona

CEMEX is supplying concrete for the Cameron Bridge, a job that forms part of the reconstruction of the Arizona section of Route 89 in the south-western US. Spanning nearly 200m, the new bridge includes four lanes for highway traffic, a pedestrian underpass, and other concrete flatwork that is expected to improve traffic flow and road safety.

The Fayat Group has won an Intermat innovation award for its new TRX100 asphalt plant. The new design from the firm was the winner of Equipment & Machinery Award in the Roads, Minerals and Foundations category, which was awarded on 18th January 2018. The TRX100 is a new mobile continuous asphalt plant able to handle up to 100% recycled material in its feed supply. Designed for fast relocation, the machine features an innovative low temperature production process.
Indonesia crushing job for RM unit

A crushing unit from Austrian manufacturer RM is being used to produce materials for road infrastructure projects in Indonesia. The unit has replaced a combination of jaw and cone crushers used previously on the project. The RM 70GO! 2.0 has been used to crush river basalt and is the first mobile RM crusher to have been utilised in Gorontalo, located in central Indonesia.
