Austria spending to develop transport links

Austria’s Infrastructure Ministry is setting out an ambitious programme of transport infrastructure development. Plans have been announced for €25 billion worth of infrastructure improvements over the next five years. This will include improvements to road and rail, as well as broadband services.

    France will invest €5.1 billion in maintenance and construction of highways up to 2022 as part of a major transportation strategy. The money for highways is within €13.4 billion that the government pledged to invest in the general transportation sector. More than half of the money will be for railways. Salé lies immediately to the north of Morocco’s capital Rabat and is home to many commuters working in the capital.
