Work underway on key Vietnam expressway project

Construction work is underway on Vietnam’s key Trung Luong-My Thuan expressway project. The rate of construction has been speeded up for the section located in Tien Giang Province. Funding issues had previously slowed the work. However a complete financing package has yet to be secured.

Another proposal has come from the Project Management Board 85 to develop Bien Hoa-Tan Thanh-Cai Mep Seaport expressway, with an estimated cost of $591.5 million.

    A new road and bridge project in Cambodia will improve transport between Kampong Thom Province and Kampong Chhang Province. The project is expected cost US$200 million and is being planned by the country’s Ministry of Public Works and Transport.
