Widening and upgrade work will also be carried out for the Main South Road linking Aldinga with Sellicks Beach, costing $96 million (A$136 million). A further $70.5 million (A$100 million) will be spent improving the historic Strzelecki Track, which crosses the Strzelecki Desert and stretches some 475km in all, connecting Lyndhurst with Innamincka.
