MB in Indonesia at key exhibition

MB’s bucket attachments are already in use in the Asian market and the firm hopes to gain further sales

MB Crusher is keen to raise its profile in Asia, having seen a strong potential for its crushing and screening attachments. The firm exhibited at the recent Mining Indonesia 2017 event, together with its local partner PT Universal Tekno Reksajaya (a member of United Tractors group).

283 MB Crusher exhibited its BF120.4 crusher bucket, which is suitable for excavators weighing 30tonnes or more. This unit is said to be able to produce up to 53m3/hour of aggregates, depending on the grade of the raw material and the product specifications. The firm set up a demonstration area, allowing visitors to have the opportunity to see the machine at work.

MB Crusher is keen to emphasise that its versatile units can help boost productivity in extraction applications. The units are well-suited to production in gravity plants and on-site processing. The MB attachments can add more value to extraction operations and already existing tools at the job site.

MB attachments are said to be versatile and can be used for tasks that would not be feasible with larger equipment, such as working in limited access areas. As long as an excavator has sufficient space to move into a site, the units can be employed to handle material immediately.

The Asian market is already using a number of units from MB Crusher and one customer has installed a MB-S23 screening bucket on a 2300 Komatsu excavator to clean alluvial rock from sand, mud and clay. Once cleaned, the screened material is then crushed and used for road maintenance work.
