The Haxemag wobbler feeder prior to delivery to Estonia
VKG Kaevandused OÜ ordered a wobbler feeder and a roll crusher from 229 Hazemag for processing oil shale in the Ojamaa Mine, Estonia.

The wobbler feeder, which is connected upstream of the roll crusher, screens the fines from the feed material (some 1,000tonnes/hour), and the coarse material of approximately 250tonnes/hour is crushed by the roll crusher to reach the desired particle size of 0-125mm.

By using the wobbler feeder as a primary screen, a smaller type of crusher can be used for the subsequent crushing.

The gap of the roll crusher can be infinitely varied using a hydraulic system. In case a contaminant enters the machine, the movably supported roll moves aside hydraulically, lets the contaminant pass and moves back into its preset position.
