CMDTE is the back office system that monitors and records faults with approximately 7500 ERTs. Under the new three-year contract, Mott MacDonald will continue to supply a first line technical support helpdesk to liaise with all HA traffic management systems’ stakeholders, including engineers and contract managers. The IT security communities will also be monitored and the consultancy will carry out security patching and operating updates to the system when required.
