Work underway on new Chinese highway project

Work is now underway in China to build a new highway from Wuhan-Ezhou. The project is expected to cost US$.129 billion and is due for completion in 2020. The new highway will measure 34.3km long and will feature up to three lanes in either direction, as well as 14 bridges. The work is being carried out by the contractor Wuhan Municipal Construction Group.
