The client for the project is the Siberian Concession Company and the work is expected to cost close to US$710 million. A local firm, 5872 Sibmost, will act as sub-contractor on the project. The bridge will measure 1.5km long and will feature three lanes in either direction.

Also spanning the Ob River in the Surgut Region, a 1.6km bridge carrying two lanes of traffic in either direction is now being planned. The structure will be erected in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area (KMAA) and should be ready for traffic by mid-2024. The project will cost some $744.5 million to carry out and also includes the construction of connecting roads. Financing has yet to be finalised although around 42% of the sum required will come from Russian Federal sources.
