Construction work for a key stretch of Costa Rica’s Northern Ring Road (Circunvalacion Norte) could be delayed. Building the Northern Ring Road is costing some US$163 million and the project has been split into four sections. However work on some of the sections has been delayed due to difficulties in purchasing the land required.
