The Autodesk Official Training Guide, is not just teaching the functionality of the programs says the company, but aims to show how the Autodesk infrastructure software workflows "can help owners and service providers on roads and highways improve productivity, optimise designs, and accelerate project approvals." The course simulates a roadways project from planning and design through visual communication and construction documentation using an integrated BIM workflow using the latest 3282 AutoCAD Civil 3D, Autodesk InfraWorks, Autodesk InfraWorks 360, and Autodesk Navisworks Manage software. To address the needs of the off-road market, Scania has added bigger non-slip steps, an additional step for windscreen cleaning and light guards to its off-road range of tractive units and multi wheelers. The company will use both exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) and selective catalytic reduction (SCR) to meet the coming regulations, as with its current Stage IIIB solution. This means the fitting of a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) but no requirement for a DPF.
