The Autodesk Official Training Guide, is not just teaching the functionality of the programs says the company, but aims to show how the Autodesk infrastructure software workflows "can help owners and service providers on roads and highways improve productivity, optimise designs, and accelerate project approvals." The course simulates a roadways project from planning and design through visual communication and construction documentation using an integrated BIM workflow using the latest 3282 AutoCAD Civil 3D, Autodesk InfraWorks, Autodesk InfraWorks 360, and Autodesk Navisworks Manage software. A key event is being planned for Europe’s asphalt industry. The European Asphalt Pavement Association (EAPA) will hold the 1st EAPA Workshop on the Use of Rejuvenators in Asphalt Mixtures on the 10th and 11th September 2019. The Scottish roads authority has backpedalled on its recently improved cycle lane along a major route on the south-west coast, close to the city of Ayr.
Amid local authority concerns over traffic congestion and one man’s media-grabbing protest, the cycle lane will now be ripped out – after being installed this summer.
As the video shows, it is a protected wide lane, often painted blue. Cars appear to travel freely beside it.
