A crane firm in Ecuador, Transportes Noroccidental, has added four new Terex RT 100US rough terrain cranes to its fleet. Transportes Noroccidental chose this particular model because of the Terex RT 100US crane’s high performance, as well as its ability to cope with the tough terrain in which the firm’s machines frequently have to operate.
“We own several Terex crane models and are happy with the performance and durability of these machines,” explained Edgar Fabian Andrade, CEO of Transportes Norocciden
Elliott Equipment is offering a versatile and mobile, crawler-mounted off-road crane and excavating unit. Called the 30105DT, the machine features a maximum capacity of 27tonnes, a telescopic boom that extends to 32m and a 35m tip height.
Algerian firm SAPTA is currently using four Sennebogen cranes for a bridge project close to Algerian capital Algiers. SAPTA is a specialist in bridge construction and is using the cranes, a combination of crawler and telescopic machines, to lift heavy components weighing up to 60tonnes
