With its new cab and single-piece bonnet, the new JCB 417 HT compact wheeled loader certainly looks different to the JCB 416 that it replaces. But there's more to the new model than just aesthetics. The earthmoving machine market is seeing major innovations for 2012 - Mike Woof reports. The early part of 2012 is seeing a whole array of new earthmoving machines come to market from a vast range of manufacturers. Companies from China, Europe, Japan, South Korea, Turkey and the USA will all be unveiling new earthmoving equipment at the upcoming Intermat exhibition, with innovative emission compliant engine and cooling technology.
The international CONEXPO-CON/AGG construction industries exhibition captured the lead spot in the just-released “Top 250” trade show ranking of North American-based expositions.
The Trade Show News Network (TSSN) compiles the annual list, based on net square feet of exhibit space.
CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2014 - held every three years in Las Vegas and lastly in 2014 - won the top ranking for its record show space of more than 2.35 million net square feet.

Elsewhere on Day 3 at CONEXPO-CON/AGG, automation is key to Caterpillar’s new range of milling machines and Swedish manufacturer Sandvik has been listening to its customers, launching its first wheeled products into the North American market
