CIFA is celebrating its 90th year with a focus on the Francophone market, including Africa. The unit has as standard a five-section RZ folding system placing boom. The 4th and 5th boom sections are made of light and resistant CIFA Carbotech composite material. BOMAG has a new top-of-the-range stabiliser in the shape of its RS650 model. The firm also has a new designation for its recycler stabilisers and instead of the MPH models, these are now the RS machines. Power for the new RS650 comes from a diesel delivering 485kW and the model is said to offer a productivity increase of 10% over the earlier model.
