Liebherr’s new R 946 model is its first crawler excavator to meet the stage IV/ Tier 4f emissions standards. The new R 946 has an operating weight of around 40tonnes. The crawler excavator’s new six-cylinder Liebherr engine delivers 200 kW and integrates a new stage IV/ Tier 4f exhaust gas treatment system. Like the PR 736 and PR 746, the PR 756 is Stage IV engine emission standard and offers a six-cylinder 250kW engine. The model’s operating weight ranges from 38.3-41.15tonnes. The main components of the PR 756 come from Liebherr’s own production facility. Among these are the diesel engine and the common rail injection system as well as the hydraulic and electronic components.
