Wacker Neuson’s Kramer division is producing its first all-electric drive wheeled loader. The 5055E is an all-wheel steer machine that operates two separate electric drives, one for the traction system and the other to raise the loader arms. The company is also introducing a compact telehandler, powered by a Kohler diesel engine. The 2706 has a transport height and width below 2m, making it easy to use in confined working areas. Offering a 2.7tonne lift capacity, up on the previous model’s 2.5tonne capacity
A revised hydraulic system with 110litres/min flow and electro-hydraulic pilot controls is said to offer improved performance and control. The machine features Kramer’s Smart Handling system of overload regulation, with separate settings for buckets, forklift and a manual mode.
