Electric loader from Wacker Neuson’s Kramer division

Wacker Neuson’s Kramer division is producing its first all-electric drive wheeled loader. The 5055E is an all-wheel steer machine that operates two separate electric drives, one for the traction system and the other to raise the loader arms. The company is also introducing a compact telehandler, powered by a Kohler diesel engine. The 2706 has a transport height and width below 2m, making it easy to use in confined working areas. Wacker Neuson is now offering an electric drive Kramer loader
1651 Wacker Neuson’s Kramer division is producing its first all-electric drive wheeled loader. The 5055E is an all-wheel steer machine that operates two separate electric drives, one for the traction system and the other to raise the loader arms. The company is also introducing a compact telehandler, powered by a Kohler diesel engine. The 2706 has a transport height and width below 2m, making it easy to use in confined working areas. Offering a 2.7tonne lift capacity, up on the previous model’s 2.5tonne capacity, the machine has a 6m lift height.

A revised hydraulic system with 110litres/min flow and electro-hydraulic pilot controls is said to offer improved performance and control. The machine features Kramer’s Smart Handling system of overload regulation, with separate settings for buckets, forklift and a manual mode.
