A report from the 1331 VDMA (the German Engineering Federation) says that mid-year business situation is highly diverse for companies in the German construction equipment and building material machinery industries.
The world famous Munich, Germany-based construction industry show is offering the Award in five categories: machinery; machinery component; construction process/construction work; research; and design. Backed by the German Engineering Federation (VDMA), the head associations of the German construction industry and Messe München International, the bauma 2013 Innovation Award is welcoming applications from now until August 31, 2012. bauma is held from April 15 to 21, 2013.
Bauma has announced the shortlist for its Innovation Awards 2013, which will be presented at the show in mid April. A new construction and mining equipment exhibition is being planned for South Africa, which will be held in September 2013. The event is being set up by Messe München and will be called bauma Africa and is said to attracting interest in the sector. The South African Construction and Mining Equipment Suppliers' Association (CONMESA) has said that it welcomes the first bauma Africa, the International Trade Fair for Construction Machinery, Building Material Machines, Mining Machines and Construction Vehicles.
