Manitou has added new mid-height telescopic models
2106 Manitou has been showing three new models in its mid-height range of telescopic trucks.

The range has been simplified and the three models share the same chassis, boom, engine, transmission and hydraulics for ease of maintenance.

The lifting height of the MT 835 is 7.75m, while the MT 1135 and MT 1335 can reach 11.05m and 12.55m respectively. Each has a nominal capacity of 3.5tonnes. Their maximum offsets range from 4.45m in the MT 835 to 8.75m for the MT 1335. Capacities at the maximum offset are between 1tonne and 1.15tonnes.

Manitou has chosen a Perkins engine for all three models to meet requirements for performance with a compact design.

An anti-leaning device is fitted as standard in the two larger models.

Other design features include a very small turning circle of 3.85m and a large ground clearance of 410mm. Manitou said the models have also been designed for comfort and ergonomics as well as ease of maintenance.
