Construction work on the 13.6km Gempol Pandaan toll road in East Java is commencing. The US$174.5 million project will take 18 months to complete and is expected to open for traffic in the third quarter of 2013.
Work is commencing on a key a bridge link in China. The new bridge will be located in Shandong's Dongming County and will take four years to construct.
Work is now commencing on the final stretch of the Wekiva Parkway, State Road 429, in Florida. This will be the fifth section of the parkway, with the work being managed by the Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX). Section 2A will stretch 3.2km and the construction work expected to be complete in January 2018.
