The new Sandvik DE150 is Sandvik's most powerful exploration drill rig for underground exploration, and a surface version is under development and will be ready for market in the fourth quarter of 2009. The DE150 (part of the expanded DE100 range) has a hydraulic feed cylinder designed to a push and pull capacity of 15tonnes (147 kN).
W.S. Tyler has unveiled its all-new, all-inclusive Hydro-Clean mobile test plant.
The company says that the unit enables operations to test Hydro-Clean washing technology at their sites before committing to a capital investment.
W.S. Tyler, a member of the wholly-owned German-based Haver & Tyler Processing Technology Alliance, says that washing material with the Hydro-Clean results in cleaner products, higher selling values and new income from the sale of material that previously was considered waste.

In addition to its new paving range, Vögele is offering improved screed technology for both European and US paving concepts. Designed for European customers, the new AB500 and AB600 extending screeds are designed to pave widths from 2-9.5m, while the VR500 and VR600 screeds have been developed for the North American market and for use with the firm’s VISION pavers. The VF500 features extending units in front of the basic screed while the VR600 has extending units behind the basic screed.
