CONTROLS is establishing a new testing division and introducing new technology

Italian firm CONTROLS has established its new asphalt division PAVELAB SYSTEMS to further develop advanced testing technology for pavement materials. PAVELAB SYSTEMS has expertise in systems used a wide array of testing from sample preparation to tests for mix design determination and research, from durability tests to production and process control. These products benefit from CONTROLS’ long presence in this sector and its proprietary technologies in static and dynamic systems.

CONTROLS is developing its range of asphalt testing technology
Italian firm 187 Controls srl has established its new asphalt division PAVELAB SYSTEMS to further develop advanced testing technology for pavement materials. PAVELAB SYSTEMS has expertise in systems used a wide array of testing from sample preparation to tests for mix design determination and research, from durability tests to production and process control.

These products benefit from CONTROLS’ long presence in this sector and its proprietary technologies in static and dynamic systems.

New products on display at Bauma are: the PAVELAB advanced multi-size slab compactor for slabs of 500x300mm, 410x300mm and 300x300mm; the PAVELAB wet (Hamburg type) and dry double wheel tracker; the PAVELAB high performance ductility meter; the PAVELAB automatic closed type bitumen extractor by solvent; the PAVELAB Gyrocomp, gyratory compactor series.
