Bonfiglioli Trasmital has developed a new series of travel drive gearboxes for use in large, heavy duty tracked machines. The firm is now offering three new product sizes, the 722C, 724C and 726C, which extend its range of tracked travel drives. The 722C develops a maximum torque of up to 330,000Nm, making it suitable for use on excavators of 120-150tonnes, as well as cranes and drilling rigs of 180-230tonnes. Bonfiglioli develops new series of travel drives
5073 Bonfiglioli Trasmital has developed a new series of travel drive gearboxes for use in large, heavy duty tracked machines. The firm is now offering three new product sizes, the 722C, 724C and 726C, which extend its range of tracked travel drives. The 722C develops a maximum torque of up to 330,000Nm, making it suitable for use on excavators of 120-150tonnes, as well as cranes and drilling rigs of 180-230tonnes. The 724C develops a maximum torque of up to 450,000Nm, and is specially designed for large cranes and drilling rigs of up to 300tonnes. Finally, the 726C transmits a maximum torque of up to 625,000Nm, for use in excavators of up to 350tonnes and cranes and drilling rigs of up to 400tonnes.
Outset was the first Italian company to introduce on-board weighing systems for commercial vehicles. The firm’s industrial electronic systems are applied on commercial, earthmoving, environment and logistic sector vehicles, and in several other areas like quarries, yards, and building stores to give the exact carried weight of aggregates and liquid materials, as well as goods such as waste, logging, cereals, powder, animal feed, ash and mud.
Penta Automazioni Industriali says it began trading in 1991 in response to increased demand for automation in the handling, stacking, sorting and ageing of concrete elements. The company provides custom-made plants and, through a close relationship with customers, Penta says it is able to continuously improve its products and adapt them to constantly changing market demands.
With a production of some 2,000 units in 2012 subdivided into 65 models produced in more than 210 versions, Simex today exports about 80% of its own production. Born in 1991 in San Giovanni in Persiceto, Emilia Romagna, the company soon set about achieving its goal of manufacturing high quality equipment for earth moving prime movers. Starting with asphalt planers for backhoe loaders, asphalt and concrete planers were soon manufactured by Simex for skid steer loaders too.
