During the three day exhibition, there will also be seminars hosting domestic and international speakers. Turkey’s highway network is expanding rapidly as the country has highlighted road development as a key economic priority. The Turkish Government has said it intends to build some 36,500km of dual lane highways by 2023 and is investing up to €20 billion in this construction programme. The organisers state that Asphaltist 2014 fair will be the key platform to bring together the government bodies with private sector related to asphalt and road industry.
