Key international seminar promoting affordable, safer and environmentally friendly pavement preservation practices

Building on the success of last year's seminar, 2462 IRF is proud to invite you to the 2nd Annual Preserving our Highway Infrastructure Assets seminar, which will be held in Orlando, Florida, USA, from 3-6 August, 2010.

This year's seminar features new technical and executive sessions as well as new case studies analysing different country experiences and lessons learned.

The seminar's approach is truly global, as reflected in its cast of international speakers, including experts from The 2332 World Bank Group; The US 2410 Federal Highway Administration (FHWA); The 2854 University of Costa Rica; The 3510 American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO); 184 Colas (France); 2852 Valley Slurry Seal (USA), and many more.

    IRF has created a new Task Force on Pavement Preservation/Road Asset Management during its inaugural Executive Seminar on Pavement Preservation. The new task force's first meeting on 6 August, 2009 was chaired by Dr. Carlos Chang of the University of Texas-El Paso (UTEP) and 16 international delegates from various sectors of the road industry participated.
