Volvo Construction Equipment is now offering a new line of application-specific buckets for its wheeled loaders. The firm claims that these units boost the productivity and profitability of its wheeled loaders for customers.

The buckets are said to combine clever design with durability for long-lasting performance, even in difficult jobsite conditions. 359 Volvo CE has introduced three new buckets specifically designed to fit its L110-L350 wheeled loaders. These are the Volvo Sand bucket, Volvo Rehandling Flat Floor bucket, and Volvo Rehandling bucket, which will replace the current model. Optimised for the application, rehandling and sand buckets enable wheeled loaders to perform at maximum capacity. The buckets are said to be easy to fill, due to the revised shape, balanced floor back ratio and countersunk holes.

These allow operators to do more at a faster rate, improving fuel efficiency by up to 20%. Features include optimised spill guards for greater linkage protection and curved side plates to maximise material containment.

The rehandling bucket is said to allow productive and fuel-efficient operation, allowing users to do the same tasks while using less fuel, resulting in more loaded material for less money.
