Compact shaft screeners are now available from MB Crusher

The new units are said to be small but efficient, practical, and productive. The two new shaft screener models are the MB-HDS207 and the MB-HDS212.

The MB-HDS207 weighs 98kg and is compatible with a mini excavator with operating weight from 1.3-2.8tonnes. The larger MB-HDS212 weighs 480kg and can be installed on midi excavators and backhoe loaders from 8-9tonnes, and skid steer loaders from 4-5tonnes.

Greasing is centralised and can take place at the jobsite. The shaft screeners have a sealed cover designed to withstand long-term use and to shield the internal components from dirt and sand. Similar to other HDS models, the new units have shafts that are easily replaced onsite.

A user can also increase the capacity of the MB-HDS207 with a special kit. This boosts load capacity from 50litres to 60litres.

The new compact units follow the introduction of the top-of-the-range MB-HDS523 shafts screener bucket. The unit is compatible with excavators with operating weights ranging from 30-45tonnes and is aimed at markets where power and sturdiness are essential such as use in extraction operations.

High productivity is claimed and the MB-HDS523 is the only HDS unit with five shafts positioned to deliver high production and processing speeds. The V Shaft System’s design delivers a simultaneous dual screening effect and increases output. A concealed comb allows material to enter and flow through the rotors without jamming and the unit comes with a removable front upper casing, providing a greater closing angle and increased production. The MB-HDS523 shaft screener is powered by two motors for high performance.

In addition, the MB-HDS523 screener is solid, durable, and suited to demanding construction sites and heavy workloads. The parts that are subject to wear are protected by reinforced Hardox steel slab and the bracket and frame are also thicker for durability.
