Atlas Copco's lightweight XAS87Kd compressor has been designed to meet the needs of the European construction and construction rental industries. Weighing under 750kg, the trailer-mounted unit is easy to transport and can be towed behind a vehicle by and holder of a standard driving license in most European countries.

161 Atlas Copco's lightweight XAS87Kd compressor has been designed to meet the needs of the European construction and construction rental industries. Weighing under 750kg, the trailer-mounted unit is easy to transport and can be towed behind a vehicle by and holder of a standard driving license in most European countries. Said to be robust, sturdy and simple to operate, the XAS87Kd is powered by a 1265 Kubota V1505 diesel engine rated at 33kW.

The compact element design is efficient and the unit provides a free air delivery of 5m³/min at 7 bars, allowing it to drive three pneumatic tools at one time. The new model is available with a standard compact steel or durable HardHat canopy and is equipped as standard with a 40litre compact fuel tank. The unit also is offered with a cold start aid as an option, allowing it to work in temperatures from -20°C to 50°C.
