Colombian road improvement works are being carried out.
Road works in Colombia are planned to improve the connection between Cauca and Valle del Cauca. A budget worth US$325.6 million will pay for the maintenance and upgrade works to the route. The concession for this stretch of road is held by Concesion Rutas del Valle.
Construction work is behind schedule however for the road upgrade work on the link connecting Colombia's capital Bogota with Girardot. The construction works are expected to take five years to complete with the concession package being for a 30-year period.
