Austria spending to develop transport links

Austria’s Infrastructure Ministry is setting out an ambitious programme of transport infrastructure development. Plans have been announced for €25 billion worth of infrastructure improvements over the next five years. This will include improvements to road and rail, as well as broadband services.

    The Danish government is in talks with contractors over the latest rise in cost estimates for the proposed prestigious Fehmarn Belt Fixed Link between Denmark and Germany.     The Kuwaiti Government is setting out an ambitious programme of road infrastructure development. The authorities have set a budget of US$13.25 billion which will be spent on 24 new road projects.
