The new TurboScrew compressor from CompAir features electronic controls that are simple to use
1661 Compair is launching a new, fuel-efficient range comprising three high-pressure portable compressors. These high-pressure TurboScrew compressors are said to be fuel-efficient and deliver up to 26% energy savings. Called the C230TS-17, C210TS-21 and C200TS-24, the new units are the latest addition to CompAir's proven TurboScrew C series. Weighing in at less than 3.5tonnes, the units can be towed by any commercial vehicle with sufficient capacity and can produce pressures of up to 24bar. Using CompAir's patented bi-turbo technology, the TurboScrew compressors are powered by a lightweight and compact 196 Cummins diesel. The screw compressor features a novel engine exhaust gas turbine to pre-compress inlet air before it enters the compression chamber to boost efficiency.
