UAE spending on developing roads

A large budget has been set by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai. Contracts worth US$131.22 million have been awarded for a series of road, bridge, crossing and tunnel upgrades.

A large budget has been set by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai. Contracts worth US$131.22 million have been awarded for a series of road, bridge, crossing and tunnel upgrades. The projects include a new flyover, a signalised at-grade junction, an intersection improvement, new key surface roads and improved service roads. All of the projects are scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2018.
