Texas State Highway and Interstate rebuild plan

Major road improvement work is now being scheduled in Texas, for key sections of State Highway 67 and Interstate 35E. A budget of US$666 million has been set for the work. The work will form part of the new Southern Gateway project, due for completion towards the end of 2021.

The authorities in the Russian capital have plans to repair and improve eight key connecting roads to Vnukovo, Domodedovo, and Sheremetyevo airports and with a target date for completion in 2015.   • Polish programme of road development

    A series of major road projects is now getting underway in Poland, while tenders for new projects are also opening. Estimates suggest that the construction of six new ring-roads in the Opolszczyzna region will cost some €356 million. These ring roads all form part of the 2014-2023 National Road Construction Programme. The first projects to be carried out will be for the ring-roads around Mysliny and Niemodlina. In all, the National Road Construction Programme will include the building of 57 ring-roads.
