Two office buildings, spacious halls and a modern spare parts warehouse are being built on a site covering 87,000m². The new site will handle the service activities from the spare parts, customer service and Sennebogen Vertriebs.

In the first construction phase, a total of 18,000m² of land will be built on. The site lies close to the junction for the B20 trunk road and A3 Autobahn, providing good transport.

The construction project for the new buildings and site development is costing €25 million. Planning for the project development is being carried out by the Koch Group while the general contractor is the Max Bögl Group.
