Polish projects to go to tender

A series of important Polish road projects will be opening for tender shortly. In all the nine projects will be worth €603.3 million and stretch for a total of 138km. These project tenders will be announced by e Polish General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) before the end of 2018. The work includes improvements to the DK 18 National Road as well as ring roads for the cities of Nowy Sacz, Ostrowiec Swietokrzyski, Zawiercie and Poreba.

A series of important Polish road projects will be opening for tender shortly. In all the nine projects will be worth €603.3 million and stretch for a total of 138km. The work includes improvements to the DK 18 National Road as well as ring roads for the cities of Nowy Sacz, Ostrowiec Swietokrzyski, Zawiercie and Poreba.

    Polish General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) is announcing tenders for the construction of a series of major routes. One key stretch is for a 41km section of the S14 dual carriageway, which will link the A2 highway with the S8 dual carriageway and which will constitute Lodz's western ring-road. According to declarations of the Polish Infrastructure and Development Ministry, work on the S14 project will commence in 2016.
  • Deals signed to construct Polish highway project

    Construction of a stretch of the S7 dual carriageway in Poland will commence shortly following the signing of contracts for the work. The stretch, connecting Lotnisko junction with Grojec's ring road, will cost €186.66 million to build. Three contracts were awarded by the Polish General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) for the work. Rubau Polska will build a 7km section while a 14.8km stretch will be built by IDS-Bud and Mota-Engil Central Europe will build an 8km portion of the link.
