The announcement comes after the Poland’s road and motorways authority1361 GDDKiA said in June that it plans to award a series of maintenance contracts worth in total €482.23 million to private operators up to the end of 2017.
The contracts will be for an average of five years. More than 1,200km of roads and motorways are maintained by private operators.
