Philippines toll road deal reached

The first three stretches of the Cavite-Laguna Expressway in the Philippines should be open to traffic by the end of October 2019. Around 10,000 vehicles/day are expected to use the three stretches when they open. The 45km route is costing US$653.4 million to develop. The first three stretches of the Cavite-Laguna Expressway in the Philippines should be open to traffic by the end of October 2019.
