Peru highway projects being carried out

Work for Peru’s Anillo Vial Periferico ring road project is underway at present. The project is costing an estimated US$2.4 billion. Meanwhile a loan worth US$350 million has been agreed for the Pativilca-Trujillo toll road project. This will be used to finance additional construction works for the project. The loan will be for a five year period.

    In Indonesia the Ministry of Public Works has applied for loans worth US$122 million in its budget in 2013. This will be used to finance the development of three national toll road developments. The three toll road projects are the Tanjung Priok access toll road; the Cileunyi Sumedang Dawuan project; and the Medan-Kualanamu project. The loan for the Tanjung Priok project is from Japan International Cooperation Agency while the loans for the other two projects are from China.
