A new expressway is being planned for Vietnam

Another new expressway project is now being planned for Vietnam.

A new expressway link is being planned in Vietnam. The new route will connect Huu Nghi and Chi Lang. The project is expected to cost nearly US$326 million.

The plans call for the work to be carried out under the build-operate-transfer model. Financing will be sourced jointly from the state budget, from the budget for the province, from investors and from a package of loans.

The project is expected to take close to 20 years to repay the initial investment.

    Funding has been found for a new beltway project in Vietnam. The work will be financed jointly by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV). The two have signed agreements for loans worth close to US$160 million for the project.
