Indonesian toll road project requires a funding plan.

Indonesia’s important Trans-Sumatra toll road project requires a comprehensive funding plan. The project is being carried out by state-owned road tolling firm Hutama Karya. However, the construction of the toll road requires additional financing worth US$5.86 billion. Meanwhile, the construction for the first 643km stage of the project should be complete by 2022.

    Indonesian state-owned construction firm Waskita Karya will seek a bank loan of US$338 million for its work on the Pejagan-Pemalang toll project in central Java island.
