Construction of a new bridge spanning the Newman River is being planned for the city of Grodno in Belarus. Further work for the city includes a new bypass and a planned extension to Yuzhnaya Street. The work is important as Grodno lies close to the borders with Poland and Lithuania, as well as the Russian enclave Kaliningrad, and the M6 highway is a key international transport link for Belarus.
