A major plan of transport infrastructure improvements for the 2022-2026 time period is planned for the US state of Connecticut. The interim plan is being proposed by the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT).
US$1.36 billion will be used to improve and upgrade existing bridge and expressway connections, with maintenance having been set as a priority. Sustainable transport is also high on the agenda and spending of $844 million will be directed towards improving rail and bus facilities.
