Funding is from the federal Canadian government’s National Infrastructure part of the New Building Canada Fund, the British Columbia government and the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority.

The project is part of a larger US$186 million programme that began last year to improve access to local port facilities and the nearby Tsawwassen First Nation treaty lands.
