Australia road contract awarded to South Korean firm
The 13km M4-M5 Link in Sydney, Australia is to be constructed by the South Korean contractor, Samsung C&T. The project is worth US$788.5 million. The new link will be constructed as an underpass and is due for completion in mid-2023.

Kenya is investing in road developments , reports Shem Oirere. A multi-million dollar highway expansion project in Kenya's capital Nairobi may now be delayed for close to a year because of a huge underground network of water, electricity and communication pipes and cables that has slowed down construction works.
Preliminary work is now underway for the project to upgrade the M2 motorway in New South Wales, Australia. The project has commenced with night time working, before operations gear up and daytime working commences. The project is expected to cost US$550 million and will take two years to complete. This is NSW's biggest project carried out on an operational motorway.
