Argentina’s national road authority, Direccion Nacional de Vialidad (DNV), hopes to receive its first bids for the projects in the first quarter of 2018, with construction intended to commence in the second quarter. The concessions for the roads are intended to allow the winners to raise additional operational revenue from operating service stations and other commercial activities adjacent to the routes.
